In some cases, a tube may be left in your breasts to drain out the excess fluid and blood, which will be removed after 24 to 48 hours.

RECOVERING AFTER BREAST REDUCTION IN MUMBAI

You will be discharged from the hospital in 24 to 48 hours.
You will be advised a week’s rest at home, after which you can return to work if it only involves a desk job.
Wearing a sports bra is mandatory for 4 to 6 weeks. It supports and positions the breast.
Activities like upper body exercises, swimming, jogging, and driving are restricted for 4 to 6 weeks.
